Why Use Larry Anderson to Sell? Every home I list is reviewed twice for appropriate pricing before going on the market.
Unfortunately, not every home seller decides to list with me. But I still track those homes to see how the home seller eventually fares. Almost no home has sold for more than I recommended. So if another agent tells you they can sell your home for more, history suggests they will eventually ask for a price reduction to the same point (or lower?) than I initially proposed.
Most brokers install a sign, put your home in the MLS, add your listing to their company’s ads and pray it sells.
